I am a modern ethnic chef as I call it. I have been cooking since I was a toddler....food was very important in our family since it reminded us of where we came from before living in the states. When I was 29 years old...I decided I had waited long enough...had enough experience...studied at a culinary school in Europe....and had some equity in my home that I could open up my place.
Avesta Eclectic Cuisine was opened in October 2004. We had a successful four years and some life changing decisions moved me to the next chapter of my life. Since the closing...I have been catering and started a food line for coffee shops and wine shops. I'm now located in Columbus, Ohio where I continue working on Avesta Cuisine, specifically a sauce company that I hope will fully roll out in 2013.
I am known to be the fun girl...always up for fun and can dance the night away with a martini in hand.....get to know me.....I want to share my love for food and life with you.
